Transforming Lives CDC was formed to understand, connect and respond to needs within our community.

  • Assisting seniors with finding resources to assist with daily living activities, meal support, transportation, safety, fraud prevention, isolation, etc.
  • Prescription assistance (education and financial) to seniors in need
  • Money management and retirement planning

Food and Nutrition

  • Monthly food donations to families experiencing food insecurities
  • Fish & Loaves Food Pantry - Referral-based and appointment-based food donations, in partnership with other local nonprofit agencies
  • Food and nutritional educational information through literature distribution and various health events promoting healthier lifestyles and overall well-being

About MIT
Men in Training (MIT) is a dynamic mentoring program designed to provide development, direction,
and support for boys ages 8-17. Through engaging activities and meaningful mentorship, MIT fosters strong character, integrity, and a belief in the power of family, faith, teamwork, and community.

Our program explores what it means to lead with honesty, respect, and responsibility, helping boys
make lasting friendships and equipping them to transition successfully into manhood.
